History
We have been serving Sullivan County and adjacent areas since 1986. The company was founded by the Jack Peters in 1986. Jack retired in 1992 and handed the reigns over to Bonnie Gipson who proudly affiliated the office with Prudential Real Estate in 2003


Agents
We have over 20 agents in the office and 8 of them are licensed brokers. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives,advertising consultants, and even psychologists. They are all committed to the Business of Real Estate


Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instance access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.

We also have a full time staff to accommodate all your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.
